A great local shop, from the sales team to the service and tech teams they make you feel welcomed and valued. I have recently bought some new gear, jacket, helmet and boots. The parts team, Chris & Chase went above an beyond to make sure my new Shoei helmet was properly fitted, comfortable and even assisted in getting my comms unit sorted.
There always doing fun events at the dealership as well as excellent group rides.
A great team of people and a great BMW shop. Highly recommend!

A++ service from Ben and Alex at Tampa Bay Motos (formerly Euro Cycles Tampa Bay). I spent multiple hours with them last weekend inspecting a bike for purchase and have never before worked with such laid back, pressure-free, genuinely nice guys. If you're interested in a bike available at Tampa Bay Motos, I cannot recommend Ben and Alex enough. I give them my highest compliments and respect. Thanks, fellas.

I wanted to say that after seeing this review, Jamie reached out to me directly to discuss my experience. She went out of her way to ensure that my concerns were addressed and to make the entire situation better. I thank you for your professionalism, and want to say this company is very fortunate to have someone like you on their team. Review revised to 5 stars.

Here is my experience.

I purchased a new BMW F900XR in late July of 2023. My sales associate who helped me through the process is Ben who I believe is still there. He did a fantastic job and none of the issues I’ll mention have anything to do with his performance. On the morning of my purchase my fiancé had just purchased a new Tiger900 from the Euro Cycle store in Daytona. We had an excellent experience working with Terry and Jamie. You both are awesome and got us on our way so we could make it to the Tampa store before they closed.
Now I’ll start where things didn’t go as I’d hoped. When we arrived, Jamie had already sent several pieces of information to the Tampa store to speed the process up, but I guess some things weren’t as they should be. After working through the details the first disappointment was how much the store low balled my trade compared to the very fair value my fiancé got for their trade. In the end I decided to look past this as I really wanted the new bike. We got all the financial paperwork completed and I even purchased a tire protection plan that was offered. In hindsight it probably wasn’t worth it, but the dealership makes money on these packages so it is what it is. I also want to say I paid full MSRP for this motorcycle. No rebates or incentives were offered. After the deal was completed we were on our way. At the time the excitement was definitely a factor as I didn’t really do a detailed inspection of the bike. It was new after all and I just assumed a proper PDI was conducted. A few weeks went by and I was cleaning my bike in the driveway. I had noticed that a decal was missing on the left side fairing, but initially I didn’t think anything about it. I decided to text who I assumed was Ben to see if he maybe knew why as I had looked at another bike that had both decals. He checked on the issue and from what he was told, the bike was damaged in the shipping crate, but specific details weren’t given. He said a replacement decal was ordered but was never applied to the bike before being sold and offered to install it if I brought the bike back in. I didn’t have an issue with this and said to please let me know when it arrives. After this almost two weeks pass without any communication. I texted again asking if there was any status and I got no response. I decided to call to inquire but unfortunately nobody seemed to know anything about it. Finally I got a callback. I don’t remember who I spoke with, but the story I got was they had the replacement decal and lost it, so they ordered a new one. At this point I was already frustrated, because during the almost two weeks I discovered that bolts were missing that attached the damaged fairing. It became very clear that whatever damage the bike sustained, it wasn’t put back together with care. I pressed for more information on what actually happened to the bike and got the same vague story on how it was damaged in the crate and was repaired. In the end I got a half-hearted apology and offered 10% discount on parts and accessories. I ended up out of frustration driving to the dealership to get the decal as there was some reason it couldn’t be shipped directly to me. With some help from parts diagrams and the Orlando Euro Cycle I was able to put everything back as it should be. This whole situation is unfortunate as the bike has been fantastic, but the dealership’s unwillingness to make things right has tainted the overall experience. I hope things are different now and the management does not allow this type of thing to happen, but sharing my experience is something I felt needed to be done. This same information has been shared with the Central FL BMW Motorcycle Club on FB.

I recently purchased a 2023 BMW 310GS from EuroCycle of Tampa Bay, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff was absolutely fantastic. Ben, my salesman, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure to answer all my questions and provided detailed information about the bike. The entire sales department was great, taking the time to explain all the safety ratings on the protection gear. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stand out. I highly recommend EuroCycle of Tampa Bay for anyone looking to buy a motorcycle.
