I thought the deal making process was handled correctly and appreciated the enthusiasm from all the staff – from sales to finance to parts. Everyone seemed like a lot of fun. The parts guy helped me out with some last minute frame sliders which was above and beyond – kudos!

I even bumped into owner (not knowing he was owner) and talked a little smack about what the net said about his exhaust (same bike). He lit it up and proved the net critics wrong – great, more money as its accessory I want on my bike now!

I look forward to putting miles on the new bike and coming back in to buy some parts/accessories.

I came here after seeing some of these motorcycles at the Plant City Bike Fest. I was blown away at their quality. I went in to the dealership based on seeing a 2012 BMW S1000RR that I saw online. They had it at a great price and much lower than other dealerships in the US. The purchasing process was smooth and easy with no hidden agendas unlike other dealerships in the area. Came in for a safety check on a Saturday morning without an appointment. I needed two new tires and they fit me in right away. While checking it out, my tech Tiffani saw that I needed new rear pads. And they took care of that. The sales crew on the floor offered a demo to ride while waiting. The parts team had every answer when we discussed what was needed. And had what I needed in stock. Super team that cares about their customers, worth the 40 mile ride every time I come in.

I was out of town working when I saw the listing for a BMW F800GS. I sent an email for information and Alex responded to my questions very quickly and throughly.

I drove from Orlando to Tampa and was not disappointed. Everyone was very professional. No over bearing sales people here. The prices were very competitive. When I mentioned I was looking at another bike in Miami, they went out of their way to make me great deal.

As an Enduro rider who frequently goes off road, a good parts department is important to me. I spoke with Joe in parts, who not only knows his parts but rides himself. Everyone was very knowledgeable and down to earth.

Everyone was also very proud of the fact that the owner is a rider and was a former customer. Its a testament to them and their service. Towards the end of my purchase, the only sad part was that for me in Orlando, they would be out of the way for service. Unfortunately my local dealership is very expensive and stuck up. I was ecstatic to hear that they work with their customers and offer loaner motorcycles during services.

All in all a great day, a great bike and I met some great people! Thanks Alex, Jordan and Joe!!

I had the best experience ever!! I did not even have to go in to the dealership. My husband had been dreaming about getting a Ducati for over a year now and I decided to surprise him. I called Euro Cycles and Herm answered the phone and I told him that I wanted a buy a Ducati Hypermotard. I have purchased seven motorcycles from Eurocycles since 2010 as well as consigned motorcycles for sale. The team always treats me with respect and generosity regarding price and maintenance costs. I recently found a used 2022 Triumph Thruxton RS with fairing at another dealership in Tampa. This was a Triumph I had long wanted, and the price was right. I bought the motorcycle, but the experience left much to be desired. The lack of attention to detail, process, and general support was a shock. It took almost four hours to close the deal and ride from the dealership. There were no records, one key, and little concern about finding missing bits of the bike. While the dealership employees were not rude and exhibited basic courtesy, they were far from the friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient team at Eurocycles. It was an excellent lesson demonstrating the importance of having a good experience and a trusted team behind you when purchasing a desired bike. This says much about the sales team but includes the maintenance crew as well. For anyone looking for a European motorcycle in the Tampa area, I recommend trying Eurocycle. You won’t regret it.
